Description

5 Year Extended Warranty

All dynamic seating supplied by Kirton can now appreciate an extended warranty period of up to 5 years provided an annual maintenance service is undertaken at the end of the first year of ownership and yearly thereafter.

The dynamic seating range comprises of the Delta, Omega, Duo, Florien, Mini and Midi Ultima. All these chairs are fitted with a service maintenance indicator that will start to flash to advise when a service is due.

In order to maintain the chair's warranty the annual maintenance must be carried out by an approved Kirton service technician. The 5 years warranty will only be valid to those who are able to provide proof of continuous annual visits endorsed by a Kirton approved technician.

The annual maintenance visit will be chargeable and an order will need to be placed to request a service technician to visit.

Upon completion of the annual maintenance visit, a Service Report will be provided outlining the tests that have been performed and the current condition of the chair. Should further chargeable work be required on the product then a separate quotation will be supplied.

The annual maintenance service will cost £105.00 per chair. Additional components and parts will be quoted and charged separately.
